Funny, in your collection I would go with TOM. Reasons are the following:
1) you already have deep games in your collection. TOM has great flow, is fast and just Plain fun to shoot.
2)non-pinball people really seem to enjoy it.
Maybe I just play poorly, but TOM kicks my backside so not having a great wizard mode is moot to me 
.
I had a TOTAN and while it's a great looking machine, I quickly tired of it.
