I ran into the same problem a while back, the fuse would blow only when I lifted the playfield. I found one of the light was hitting the slide inside the cabinet when I picked up the playfied. I would also take a quick look at all the bulb holders, maybe one got turn when you were installing your LED's and it grounding against something.
