Even if they are considering another run at some point I wouldn't count on it for quite awhile. They are about a 1/3 of the way through the R&M builds and already teasing a collab with Chicago Gaming for Ben Heck's design so I think their hands will be full for at least the next 2-3 years. I think if you have the opportunity to grab a TNA you should jump on it and not hold out in the hopes of them making more years from now.

Have an odd rumbling noise coming from the subwoofer. Even when all dials on the amp are turned down the rumbling is still present. If I turn the amp off it goes away (along with all game audio). Video of this

Any ideas what it might be? Is the amp shot? This game has an external sub from previous owner but tried to turn that off to rule it out, sound is definitely coming from the internal one but I mention it in case something about how the external is wired in could have any effect or not.

Quoted from mackey256:

If you still have the low rumble after switching to the RCA inputs disconnect just the internal sub to see if you can also hear the rumble from the other speakers or if it's only in the sub.

I didn't have a long RCA cable and converter for it but I did unhook the internal sub and the rumble is gone. With a powered external sub I don't necessarily need it right now but will get a cable and do some more testing. My best guess is that the internal sub has gone bad or something.

I seem to have a grounding issue or some type of short. When the game is turned on after boot a ball is kicked into the trough and auto launched. Occasionally at this point if any switch is hit, even a flipper button, the game will reboot. This is all before a game has even been started. If it's left it will sometimes just boot loop or randomly keep kicking out balls while in attract mode. Is this something on the opto board or should I look elsewhere?

Quoted from TheNoTrashCougar:

In fact, I would replace ALL the 2 position and 4 position IDC connectors in this game with Trifurcon connectors.

That's been on my list of things to get done on the machine as I had to already swap them for the right scoop opto board. Had a spare molex and swapped it out so that should do it for now. Thank you so much for the quick response! Now I can put this one in the tournament tonight
