Been wanting a TNA for a loooong time. Didn’t want to have to pay $9k but this is a great game and all the new stuff added to it, is nice, so I said screw it! And, I bought one!
I hear that! It's going to for sure be a mutual gift. I didnt want to drop that much on it either but it has upgrades and would eventually add to it etc. It's for sure never leaving the collection.

One of the best things that have happened to us is the overall support of this community and Retrocade in Asheville, NC! With the help from David (their technician) and the kindness of Mike (the owner) our family will be the recipient of TNA #11!!!
Thank you so very much to the Retrocade family!!! If you are in their area, go check them out! They have a phenomenal fan base and lots of postove vibes on their social media sites! I know when I'm in their area they have a friend for life!

I'm in AZ... perhaps since you're in Cali it will be on a different truck. I know R & L does some pretty good planning with thier logistics. Their website said I'd have delivery around the 25th when checking the tracking number.

Have you guys had freight companies deliver pinball machines without even scheduling with you? My estimate delivery was Friday and instructions say the freight company will call 24 hours in advance.
This is the 3rd pinball machine a freight company just randomly showed up at my house.
I’m only complaining as what happens if I’m not home? It’s lucky I got off work early today to be home.
Just annoyed. Seeing if anyone has same experience.
Lastly, first box with no holes! Seems the top of the box was pushed in, but nothing I’m to concerned about.

For those that upgraded to the IPS panel, is it worth it or is it too clean now? I know Scott did the grainy effect on purpose to resemble how things were in the 80’s and would hate to lose that since I love it and grew up in the 80’s. All I am trying to do is get the black background to look more black as at the angle when playing makes it look grayer, if that makes sense? I already adjusted the screen brightness and contrast and turned on Gamma and while it helps, I’d like a little more. When I shift my line of sight down, it looks perfect, it’s just the angle it’s at when playing. Only other concern with IPS is long term reliability as I had an IPS monitor, top of the line about 7 years ago and it began developing ghosting images.

I had the same issue with mine and then I GOT BRAVE and pressed down on it way harder than I wanted to and it hasn't moved since.
