I rented a TNA last year for 3 months, returned it when the left scoop started holding onto balls indefinitely. It didn't seem to be the opto, but I gave it back before figuring it out. Fast forward to present, I picked up a TNA yesterday only to find out it was the EXACT machine I rented. It was briefly on location before I rented it. I'm now the 3rd owner at home, and I'm thinking at this point its going to be a good idea to go over the entire wiring harness and check every connection as I've noticed that being a major culprit of issues.

Glad to be here! Look for it on-stream in a week or so

A little wiggling on the respective header brought the voltage in the backbox back to 5.1V which is what´s required according to Spooky support.

On another note: I haven´t read thorugh the whole thread, but are there any recommendations to reduce bounces from the left scoop. On my machine I get like 70% bounceouts when I hit that scoop. It´s kind of frustrating.....

Having a similar issue here. Can you help me figure out which header it is?

Any suggestions if balls are getting hung up in the drop target area? Perhaps the game isn't pitched steeply enough? Is there a recommended pitch?
