Quoted from bangerjay:

Tournaments are boring, show me one person having fun

Come to The Sanctum. We compete every week and will show you a good party at the same time

#1701 6 years ago
Quoted from Aurich:

Playfield protectors are hot garbage, and utterly unnecessary for home use games. If someone tried to sell me a game with one of those protectors on it they'd have to either cut their price or remove it before I'd take it.
Your game, do whatever you want, but if you're new to pinball stop being paranoid about your playfield.

I’m guessing these are hot for home use as people don’t play games like a game on location gets played and don’t see the long term affects. Home use games don’t wear unless your using rusty balls and never wiping the game down for 20 years. I’m sure these will cloud up quickly and collect lots of dust under them on a location game wich is what would actually need a protector. We had one on and Addams here at The Sanctum. Got very cloudy very quickly. It’s getting a new playfield currently.

Not saying the playfield protectors don’t have a place. An old Bally with cupped inserts everywhere. Do a few touchups and lay one of those protectors down and it would be a massive upgrade. Great bang for the buck and easy solution for most anyone.

From what I’ve seen with spooky playfields I think it’s very unnecessary to have one on it.

On a more serious note...
I'm unboxing my TNA tomorrow night! Anything special I need to do as far as extra Mylar or new balls? This is my first Spooky game so just making sure.
Also, I've been so stoked about this pin and what Spooky is doing that I went ahead and purchased a ACNC. Can't wait to see what number.
Scott, thanks for all of your hard work. My son and I met you at SFGE last year. The whiteboard TNA was the most fun we had and we have been patiently waiting for this day ever since.

Nice. I believe you said you were #107. I’m #112 so I’m hoping to hear about my delivery for next week then.

Quoted from Mr68:

I really wish you guys with lower numbers would get the hell out of my way.

I’m trying. We’ll see if this game gets taxman out of his funk when it shows up.

#2046 6 years ago
Quoted from Mr68:

Tell Taxman I'll send him a free Shine Guard. That should do it.

#2073 6 years ago
Quoted from frankmac:

What #s are shipping now?

#112 left spooky yesterday. Headed to The Sanctum

#2077 6 years ago
Quoted from frankmac:

I have to get my ass over to see you guys.

Sure do! You ever been here?

#2080 6 years ago
Quoted from frankmac:

I have not. But I am looking forward to it.

New league starts Monday. We encourage new people to join. Amazing group of people every Monday.

Quoted from FatPanda:

I think he was referring to increasing the coil power.

No adjust switch sensitivity so that light hits set off the slings. Otherwise it will feel dead.

TNA will be used in the Pintastic New England Show for a charity side event along with the main event we run. It will be a reactor chase battle. Whoever has the most reactors at vendor hall and tournament closing on Saturday night wins half the prize pool. Other half to a charity close to me, The Andrea Ritz Clinics in Paraguay. If there is a tie for most reactors destroyed the score will break the tie.

This charity event will encourage Co Op mode. For a single player to enter a game will cost 2$. To play a 2 player Co Op game it will cost 5$ to enter. To play a 3 player Co Op game it will cost 10$ to enter. To play a 4 player Co Op game it will cost 20$ to enter.

See everyone at Pintastic in June!
