...I really, really like the translite. Very nicely composed, great color scheme and skillfully drawn.

Also fun little details, like the detonator button reference to Lawler, the ED209 like thinggy, pokeball style granates...

If I may, I'd like to add a few constructive remarks. It needs a little color correction to separate the elements more and to 'de-fog' the scene.

Something like this:

or both compared:

...be sure to have some for Europe

Quoted from BorgDog:

...forgot the second N - never mind...

Quoted from mandraws:

Now convert your image to CMYK and see what happens to your colors.

First of all: Awesome work! Detail, proportions... great!

CMYK ist the worst - true... That's why I only trust conversion and ripping to the most experienced people. I won't do RGB->CMYK myself.

Try "US Web Coated (SWOP) V2" to convert. That one works for the translites I do pretty good... honestly I don't know how much CMYK magic our printer guy does when he gets the files... my guess is A LOT

Quoted from ezeltmann:

Have to follow Scotts vision on this one.

...I have to pre-order

Quoted from emkay:

Adobe would only sell their software to people who'd at least spent a week or two as a press helper on an offset sheetfed press.

Isn't that the case anymore? Man, things have changed in the past 25 years...

Anyway, I would never touch printing myself. So many factors can go wrong. With the 3D translites you even have to consider temperature (expansion of the material) and humidity ) If you don't have the experience results are always less than ideal.

Yet I'm still happy in YUV (coming from film/video). Lol!

Quoted from onceler:

I asked Scott the same thing

My best guess is Scott has to sign each and every machine.

He deserves it.

So looking forward to TNA #136

While waiting for #136, I test printed a few mod ideas that I'd like to install... Finals will be clear. No idea where to install them, I just wanted to make sure, I can print real tiny stuff

Ben1981 and mine just arrived in Hamburg. Sitting in an container waiting to be unloaded... and shipped to Austria

I really have to thank KT here, who recommended a very nice and competent shipping company. So if you buy your TNA outside the US, Bruce is your man
