Omg, congrats to Mr. Danesi and Spooky Pinball!
This game may very well be my first nib purchase! I haven't been this pumped for a new game in a long time! I'll be following the developments on this one closely.

Quoted from pinlink:Which would make the street price what?
I'm wondering the same. Even at $6k i think it's gonna be a fair price for what promises to be an epic game. Also, here's the features they list on their fb page:
Quoted from epthegeek:It'd be fun if the game recognized this and gave you some special display/award
This reminds me a bit of the Jackpot on ToM--where as soon as multiball starts you can score a super jackpot if you make the trunk shot in the first couple seconds. I like this idea!
Quoted from toyotaboy:Not a bad price, that's got to be at least a 2 or 3 hour print job. Lot of surface area there.
Not to mention the *4* Sacs that are included!
If you told me that one day i would be the proud owner of a Sac Rack and be already considering the purchase of a second in hot pink...well I'd probably believe you, but be really confused.
It's seriously a bargain. Go figure, TNA is a perfect example of *effective* simplicity in a game, and the same dudes change the world *again* with the simple, elegant, game-changing Sac Rack! Hot damn!
Quoted from NightMutilator:#29 but yeah Charlie helped me get it in time for Horrorhouse Fest here in Denver which I am forever grateful for as I built an entire room based on the game...
Ooooooh!! Please post some pics when you are able to tear yourself away from your new game!
Quoted from Toads:I would turn that into a white wood version
TNA Champagne Edition!
Quoted from Crile1:I hope you are right, though because I'm getting really close to bailing on 151.
Please let me know if you do--I'll happily take that spot in line!
Quoted from jwilson:I'm just pointing out there is real opportunity lost, I don't actually think Spooky is doing anything wrong - they have a certain production capacity that works for them and will help long term, but it does have a sales cost right now is all.
So a few impulsive buyers can't have them right away. Did Spooky really lose out on $25k because they didn't have games ready to ship to those people the instant they wanted them? How does that compare with the $2M+ they stand to make from people who are willing to wait in line? (estimating $6250 per game and 350 sold so far)
As another poster said, when Spooky has a few spare TNA's laying around, impulse buyers will be able to get their fix. Until then, they wait on line or pony up some extra $$ to get it sooner (if they can find someone who'll take them up on their offer).
There's nothing else on the market like this game. It's selling very well on its own merits, and a few impatient would-have-been-buyers will eventually come around when they realize what they're missing out on. If they don't, it's not Spooky who missed the boat. Quality takes time. Spooky is doing their best to make a quality product for our money. I personally think we have gotten too expectant of instant (or near-instant) gratification. I am plenty happy to wait for my TNA. It's gonna be my first NIB game! The more refinements and developments I've seen happening along the way are just making the wait more exciting. I will have the game eventually, and I'm ok with that.
I applause Spooky for coming this far and not compromising on quality or customer service. As a fellow small-business owner i take great pride in supporting Spooky and respect their commitment to quality. I can't take on every job I'm offered either, but i don't count that as a loss.
Perhaps try putting the game in switch test and see if any switches are activating when they shouldn't be. Pound on the playfield with the bottom of your fist in various areas and see if that triggers any switches. I think the diagnostics shows a log of the switch closures, so you could also check that and see if there's a switch activating that shouldn't be.
It's crazy to see people who were so enthusiastic about the game turn around and put them up for sale. I guess those complaining about the wait will have a chance to get one sooner, at least.
Quoted from TheNoTrashCougar:I am not spooky tech support, but you probably have a failing Maxim chip on the back of one of the display modules.
Out of curiosity, are those chips socketed on the display modules?
