Not at 7k! No way! This needs to be the first (full featured) 5k pin to come out.

#102 2 years ago

With alien for 7k, i dont see how this compares. Thats all. Id much rather throw my money at Heighway for that price. Nothing against him or his game, it looks fun. Just not $7,000 fun.

Quoted from toyotaboy:

Could always do an alternate art package for a gottlieb reactor (which is amazing one showed up at MGC last weekend. I grew up in arcades and never once saw one, only played it on atari 2600).

ughhh stoppp i dont want any more reasons to buy this.

Quick, lets make every 50 year old here watch rick and morty.

Read my mind. JJP Rick and Morty pin please.

I think this can potentially sell better than Elvira 3.

God lets hope so.

Quoted from Cornelius:

Why in the world would you be rooting for the failure of a different pin?! Elvira3 and Total Annihilation can and hopefully will peacefully coexist with each other in the pinball pantheon.

Because Elvira sucks. We dont need re-hashed bs themes from the past.

Quoted from Fytr:

Leave it to Spooky to show Stern the market exists for an early 80's-like game with simpler rules and gameplay, but with modern touches.
...queue the classic Stern "vault-editions" once this baby becomes a roaring success.

lol to any one who has played PC games in last 20 years and hasnt played TA. It was an awesome game. The newer game by the same team is SUPREME COMMANDER. Also a fun game. Love me some RTS.

He uses parahna leds. I think they do RGB and flashing effects. Im not an expert by any means, I just remember him saying that on the dead flip stream. Looking at it now though. It looks like maybe he has the parahna RGB and then ANOTHER led for the flash effects.

Pinball was so much cheaper before electricity. Of course you had to play in the dark.

ooo! ooo! crank powered! call it "the first green machine"!

I'm guessing Special K, alias Kaneda?
Edit: bingo! https://soundcloud.com/kanedapinball/episode-122-scott-danesi
Love the podcast, as it eliminates the constant out-of-focus camerawork

UUUGGHHHH Hate when I have to listen to Special K....

I hope they go full Bally and put that purp/pink ball swoosh design on the side with just the word DANESI.

Yall need to put one of those fancy plasma caps on that pop bumper.

#1447 2 years ago

REALLY? Seems to fit the theme nicely....

#1448 2 years ago

What would be REALLY cool, is if the pop bumper power increased based on hitting wrong shots or something. The plasma could get wilder and wilder as the power on the pop bumper went up.

#1450 2 years ago
Quoted from toyotaboy:

I'm guessing since the pop bumper also has RGB, that it somehow ties to the modes. Plasma looks neat, but it has one color.

But theres a rainbow one! LOL

Lookin sawwwweeeeet scott. Well done.

#1566 2 years ago

A pink plasma cap is gonna look SICK on this

#1587 2 years ago
Quoted from Mocean:

Probably not, because that pop is lit with an rgb led that is part of the whole lampshow color experience.
.

Meh, id still add it. Maybe a white one and leave the rgb below it or something.

Difficulty setting in the adjustments perhaps?

Beat the wizard mode and reactors start cooling the second time around.

Will there be a home version for us financially challenged?

Quoted from SpookyCharlie:

We don't want to remove a thing from Scott's original game.
This game might be more bang for the buck than anything out there. We weren't blowing smoke when we said we ate money to keep the price down on this one. It's really expensive to build, but we want as many people to get to enjoy it as possible! Scott, Spooky, and every vendor involved helped do all we can to make this something really special for those willing to give it a chance.

I was being silly, but since you replied.

Put it in a small cab like SMMW, make the reactor area smaller, change the total reactors to 4 instead of 9, and make the danesi lock only 1 ball (for 2 ball multiball). No screen, just the alphanumerics....boom. LOL, just for shit and grins, no need to even reply to my nonsense.

Why have I still not seen any one doing this with their legs/trim???

Quoted from Bryan_Kelly:

While it looks kind of cool, it's a little rainbowy for me.

I think the process is based on evaporating small bits of metal in a vacuum. Maybe the kinds of metals you evaporate determine the colors? So you could negate anything that doesnt match or isnt your style.

Finally popped my TNA cherry last night!

This is probably the best multiplayer game I have played in a long time. I think the risk reward strategy is great on this game. Sadly, I was with a bunch of noobs so I didnt get a proper experience.

Cool game, well done scott.
