I don't buy the argument that the trademark was for "computer software" and this is an "amusement device". The game uses P-ROC which is basically for a computer interface, correct? A computer running software?

Do Scott's name in Miami Vice cursive and Total Annihilation in a great 80s throwback font as I've seen above. Could be cool.
