I picked up a victim of a hackers best intentions...,sorta. Check out the driver board, pretty sure she's a goner! And if your wondering how, well maybe it was the 30 amp fuse in the trick fuse holder setup! To be honest, it could be something else, I'm still digging in to this one. So far both target bank coils and roto target coil are DOA. I'm really hoping this thing was isolated to the driver board, the CPU looks like brand new, not sure if this title is worth a board set. I've never played it, doesn't seem to get much love, but I'm willing to give her a dance or two! 
BTW, Since I may have insulted the Good name of "Torch", I think it's only appropriate to ask any Torch owners if they might share a photo of the coil side of the pf next to roto..., Please. If you look at the first pic, it looks like something was removed and then hacked as part of the fire starter?( I cut the wires to check coil)
