Quoted from PanzerFreak:I like toppers but I'm not a fan of ones that just replicate a logo that is already plastered all over the artwork, cabinet, and backglass.
THIS.
Quoted from newtoit:I have concluded that Pinside has no influence on Stern's decisions.
Pinside does influence if I buy a Stern pin or not.
Quoted from Dr-Willy:The only thing that should determine if you buy a game, is you playing the machine and deciding if you like and would like to own it.
How the Stern treats people after the sale and the quality of the machines are major factors. Stern fails on both counts in my book and I will not support them with my dollars until both improve, regardless of how "fun" the pin is.
Quoted from Pickle:But Stern also took notice people said they were willing to buy games that cost 8K.
Sight unseen in some cases.
Quoted from calprog:The topper looks like crap!!!
A strong term.
For $150-$200, people would not be getting worked up, aside from the whole DLC model which sucks and should be shunned.
But $600? Just no.
