I received this topper with the game originally. It’s aftermarket and it looks like someone made foam castle walls around the outside. I received the royal edition topper so no need for this anymore. It does not interact with gameplay just needs power for dragon eyes and lights...there is a wire coming out the back of sufficient length to connect to a power supply that’s where it was wired on mine in the cabinet under the playfield.
