Why not consider a pin from American Pinball? Unique layouts and rules as well as a top-notch build quality (and customer support). Maybe even an EM. Many of these have great shots and will really give you a hell of a 3 minute ride. I personally wouldn't rush to fill up a game room too quickly. This problem will take care of itself faster than you can imagine to the point of having to make some hard choices once the space runs out.
