I have a Strato Flight with troubles getting the ball out the gobble hole at the top. I can not find if the mechanism underneat the playfield is correct.
Attached is a photo what i do have now.

Does somebody know if this is the correct mechanism and what can be the problem.

Looks like the spring is stretched from it natural state in the picture. Inspect closely for mechanical wear on the complete unit too.
Maybe install a new sleeve and polish the plunger and check coil stop.

You mean the top center Advance Bonus kickout hole, yes? Likely sw. C on the Eject relay, along with score motor sw. 4B. Make sure both are clean and making well.

That is the correct mechanism. It looks like it is missing a screw.
Here is a link to the part manual

And the page you might be interested in

I would check to ensure that the switch is clean and is making contact when the ball in the kick-out hole. (the lower leaf of the switch should move a little when contact is made.

Thank you all for the help. I had a look at the parts books at page 38 but how can i identify which metal part is used at the StratoFlite.

At the moment i do have A7471-R mounted at the assembly but is this the correct one because it looks that the ball is not hit hard enough or the lever is to short. Is there a list what part is used on what pinball.
On page 39 is another type/model.

What is the coil number?
Looks like it has been replaced, the original has a blue wrap.
Should be a G-23-750.

Did check it and it is a G-23-750 so that should be oke. I had the complete unit cleaned but still the problem that the ball stays in the hole and is not launched again on the playfield.
It is working when the switch is activated but on some reason the force or arm length is not suficient.

Normally I have them for sale on eBay for around $10 to $12 plus shipping (so around $20 total for complete assembly including shipping to the US). If you don't want to keep messing with it that might be a cheap & easy way out for you. I don't have one listed right now but I know I have them around waiting to be listed.

I'll be heading out of town for most of November so if you want me to try to find one for you we should try to get it done in the next few days.

You can likely figure out what is up with yours by messing with it but sometimes just tossing a full assembly on instead is easier.
