I'm drunk and just wanted to get some other ideas so when I make a Billion I can have them all custom made. Woooooooo

    1) Big Trouble In Little China (this should need no explanation)
    2) Big Lebowski
    3) BladeRunner
    4) Ghostbusters
    5) Monty Python

Now I left off many movies I'd like to see as pins so you guys could add some.
I could make this list about 50-60 long easy! Cheers

    The Nightmare Before Christmas

Total recall never made it out of prototype (sad panda)
Ghostbusters is a one of made from flash gordon.

    1. Total recall
    2. Mission impossible
    3. MIB
    4. History of the World part 1
    5. Muppets (pick a movie)

Not my favorite titles just first to come into my head.

    Cheers

    The Nightmare Before Christmas

I've always thought that this would be a great theme for a pin! Just the artwork alone would make it very cool.

    #6 7 years ago

    Matrix
    True Romance
    The Fast and the Furious
    Hangover
    Bullitt

    #7 7 years ago

Oh man My GF would by Nightmare before christmas pin LE NIB absolutely make it and she would sell her car and walk to work. But then again she works from home =-)

    #8 7 years ago

Total Recall & Running Man were close to being on my list but I wanted to leave some good choices.

    #9 7 years ago

    Team America
    Jaws
    Matrix
    Escape from New York
    Night of the Living Dead

    #10 7 years ago

I guess I'll go ahead and say an Enter the Dragon pin would be killer

    #11 7 years ago

These would be my 5 dream licensed pins

    Kick-Ass
Resident Evil (Based on the games, not the movies)
    Ghostbusters
Harry Potter (I'm not a huge fan of the movies either, but Pinball and Magic go hand in hand very well!)
Dawn Of The Dead (A Mall themed pin seems to have a lot of possibilities, that combined with Zombies...oh yeah!)

    Escape from New York

I was waiting for another Kurt Russell/John Carpenter Pin. I love those guys!!!!

Goonies, Red Dawn and remake a good Back to the future

    #14 7 years ago

    Ghostbusters
    The Matrix
    Labyrinth
Charlie and the Chocolate Factory (Gene Wilder)
    Harry Potter

    #16 7 years ago

    Matrix
    Harry Potter
    Ghostbusters
    Diehard

Yep me too, some of my fav movies are carpenter films. I could also toss in Halloween and the Thing into the movie/pin list as well and I often think to myself that a remake of CFTBL should have been done with Carpenter directing and Russell in the lead role.
That would have been really cool!

    #19 7 years ago

    Hellraiser
    Return of the Living Dead
    The Munsters
    Alien
Halloween Always Falls on Friday the 13th

    #20 7 years ago

    Blues Brothers
    The Matrix
    Pulp Fiction
    Kill Bill
    ...hm, Titanic ("sink the ship")...

    #21 7 years ago

    Scarface
    Goonies
    300
    The Godfather
    Harry Potter

    #22 7 years ago

A Goonies Pin would be awesome! It'd be great to see the truffle shuffle displayed on a DMD!

    #23 7 years ago

    Toy Story
    The Matrix
    Harry Potter
    Evil Dead / Resident Evil
    The Hangover.

    Matrix

True romance??? Like the other 4 but not so sure about that one.

    Team America
    Jaws
    Matrix
    Escape from New York
    Night of the Living Dead

+1 on Jaws. One of my top 5 movies of all time. Lots of possibilities with that one.

    #26 7 years ago

    Heavy Metal
    Spinal Tap
    Reservoir Dogs
Pee Wee's Big Adventure (or Pee Wee's Playhouse)
Battlefield Earth (seriously; I have no doubt that this abomination would have somehow ended up as one of the greatest tables of all time if it had been made)
    &
+1 to Dawn of the Dead. An infected mall would make for the perfect playfield. If this isn't possible, just go for the Dead Rising license from Capcom.

    #27 7 years ago

    PWBA, that would rock.

    #28 7 years ago

    Muppets
    MIB
    Aliens
    Rambo
    The Fifth Element

Just to name a few i can think of right now. There are many great unused licenses. But not enough pinball companies to make them.

    #29 7 years ago

BTTF - The 25th Anniversary would have been perfect timing
The Matrix - C'mon, do Johnny Mnemonic, but not The Matrix?
The Legend of Zelda - Not a movie, but it would be awesome
Toy Story - Could have been amazing if timed for the 3rd movie
The Expendables - You could cover just about all the action dudes in one pin!

    #30 7 years ago

    Jaws
    Die Hard
    Tombstone
    Animal House
    Slap Shot

    #31 7 years ago

    Mad Max
    Return of the living dead
    Black Hawke Down
    Apocalypse Now
    Amercian Graffiti

    #32 7 years ago

Deliverance with a custom Banjo topper....LOL

    #33 7 years ago

    Aliens
    Ghostbusters
    Das Boot
    Memphis Bell
    Clue
    Dawn of the Dead

    I know that's 6 but I could a lot more

    #34 7 years ago

    What about Bob?
    Cabin Boy
    Aqua Teen Hunger Force
    Mommy Deariest
    Targets

    #35 7 years ago

I hear matrix over and over, and I'd have to agree.. I also agree with a re-do of BTTF (sorry data-east, the playfield is sort of boring and the audio is repetitive).

I also think willy wonka could have some really deep rules just based on the movie storyline

    Quoted from wizzard:

    Blues Brothers
    The Matrix
    Pulp Fiction
    Kill Bill
    ...hm, Titanic ("sink the ship")...

100% agree with the Blues Brothers - great soundtrack and the film itself was a series of missions!

Battlefield Earth (seriously; I have no doubt that this abomination would have somehow ended up as one of the greatest tables of all time if it had been made)

Def; terrible movies make great pinball games.

    Quoted from smassa:

True romance??? Like the other 4 but not so sure about that one.

The fact that you like the other 4 makes me wonder if you've ever seen True Romance. It's not what the title would lead you to think. At all.

At this point it's just repeating what others have said, but the most obvious ones are:
    The Matrix
    Harry Potter
    Alien
    Ghostbusters

While I like many of the other ideas mentioned, these 4 really stand out as games that it's almost shocking were never made. I know the HP license was pursued, but denied. I have no idea if any of the others were gone after, but if not, it boggles the mind. At least it's easy to pretend that Johhny Mnemonic is actually The Matrix!

Also, not up there with the others, but I'm kind of surprised Stern hasn't gone for the Fast and the Furious franchise yet. There are plenty of movies now, and they don't seem to be slowing down. This would seem to be right up Steve Ritchie's alley...could be an awesome "continuation" to the High Speed series and has major appeal to the demographic they should be aiming for.

    #39 7 years ago

ATHF would kill with an lcd display. Wouldn't want to see that one with a DMD. Isn't there a new Mad Max movie being made? Thought I read that not long ago. So many good themes here, but no real impetus to make a new pin based on an older movie when current releases will drive more pre-sales. Sadly.

    #40 7 years ago

    Pee Wee's Big Adventure
    Total Recall
    Titanic
    Die Hard
The Mummy (1 and 2, not the third)

My personal picks would be The Blues Brothers and Monty Python and the Holy grail

    #41 7 years ago

    1) The Phantom
    2) The Rocketeer
    3) Dick Tracy
    4) Street Fighter (The Movie)
    5) The Time Machine (remake)

    #42 7 years ago

    Silence of the Lambs

    Toy Story

    Office Space

    The Stand

    or... noCountryForOldMen-1024.jpg

    #43 7 years ago

Braveheart - Seriously no one mentioned this, this would have been a no-brainer with a "Freeeeeeeeeeeedom" callout for jackpots.
    Matrix
    The Hangover
    Pulp Fiction
    Ghostbusters

    and the dark horse:
Seven - Could have had 7 modes for the sins, based off the movie, would have had to been "dark" to be cool so probably would't have appealed to the masses but could have been awesome!

    #45 7 years ago
    Quoted from Shoot_Again:

    4. History of the World part 1

    Nobody expected Inquisition Multiball.

    #46 7 years ago

BTTF - The 25th Anniversary would have been perfect timing

    This one WAS made.

    #47 7 years ago

When?? Maybe a custom one off. BTTF was 1990. Had that junk pile and would love to have seen 25th anniversary

    #48 7 years ago
    Quoted from AdamTheGamer:

I would play with the glass off strictly to get this video!

    #49 7 years ago

Lots of current games could be remade with a similar theme and suck less such as World Poker Tour could be based on the movie Rounders. Hell yeah!

    #50 7 years ago

    Blazing saddles
    Caddyshack
    Brave Heart
    GodFather
    Hunt for Red October

Honestly though Spaceballs or anything Cheech and Chong would make a great pin.
