    Hi,

Im into pinball for an year and I am still figuring out many things. Something I realized is that pin prices and rankings are not strictly related simply to the fun generated by the gameplay, but from other factors like rarity, theme, art, etc. Well, somebody can say that it's "exciting" playing and/or owning an expensive or rare pinball machine. Others think about the popularity of the license, movie, etc.
But in this thread I would like to ask what's your favourite pinball from a pure gameplay/fun perspective, after a long exposure to the game: honeymoons not allowed, only pins you played a lot for long time and that you deeply know and understand. So lets look for the best mix of great gameplay and durability, regardless the rarity, price, irony, calls, music and art.
Think about this: you can change the music at your wish with Pinsound, add any custom cabinet decals and backglasses you like, and all pins costing exactly the same (say 2K). Whats your top5?

    Quoted from Hougie:

Where I shop, these pins don't cost 2k. We're probably supposed to read it as "If price wasn't a factor." Were you not reading it that way?

Yes, sorry if that was not clear! I meant:if price wasnt a factor, if you get any machine for a quite cheap price, any titles.

No, I dont know where to buy a AFM or MM for 2K! ??

Thanks AJB4, you make me think that probably there isnt really an absolute best. Not only people have different tastes, but even the same person, even with amny years of experience, keeps changing his fav over the time.
At the same time of course there is a group of pins that have a lot of consensus.

Just to clarify again: your top 5 if price was not an issue ( originally i wrote: if all pinball had a fixed price of 2k, which is the same thing). Hope its clear.

I noticed that among cheaper machines WH2O got the most votes!
