I currently have 3 locations (all bars), and I am about 1 week away from opening a 40 seat pub/cafe. All my locations are 80/20 split (I take 80).

I will be starting with 6 pins in the cafe. Will be rotating pins through all my locations.

Food is the big earner if you can keep your cost around 30%. Up here, gov't taxes take a lot of the profit off booze. There is profit, but it is in volume sold. The pins will be keeping the lights on (I have a solid regular customer base that come to play pins).

I have found the new Sterns to be the best earners. I've had the rest of the A listers sitting beside newer sterns, and they still don't keep pace with them. Met Pro has been my best earner of the bunch. I had an early WoZ ECLE that caused me nothing but headaches and really turned me off from JJP. Hoping to bring in an Alien as soon as production starts.

All anecdotal, no one person will have the right answer for your location. Will all depend on what your clientele prefers.
