AC/DC Pro. Here is quite possibly the greatest pin ever created and it toils along at #44 mainly because of a playfield decoration (the face) and the fact that there is a version with prettier lights.

Quoted from wolfy:No one has said" No Fear" which is surprising.
Those of us that have it needn't say anything. The machine speaks for itself.
Well....the 2 I own of course
Seriously through, my 2 seem to always get good comments and are always in the top pages in general discussions. So obviously a lot of people own them and enjoy them. I wonder why they are not higher on the charts.
I'm speaking about Demolition Man, and High Speed (which is always referred to as a classic)
Chaos
Quoted from RDReynolds:I've gotta go back to Avengers for a second. Seriously, the Pro version is ranked at #230???!!!!
I mean, I know that non-tweaked versions can be a bit of a pain (play a dialed in one and I'm thinking it's a top 50 game), but that's absurd.
I agree , it's my favorite in my collection .....
No game in particular but I just added a Gottlieb sytem 1 Joker Poker to the collection. I was a teenager in the late 70's and grew up playing early solid state games. I since then have been playing/own newer Sterns and 90's BW titles. Feels great to play the newer stuff but just something about Gottlieb drop target games. Nice to have one of these back in the collection.
Hollywood Heat. Super fun game if you are a controlled player. It has a crappy backglass, but the playfield layout is nice and it feels really good getting those drop target values added up over the course of the game. Setting specials and extra balls to award points really allows the score to snowball as well. For the $400 to $500 these sell for, it's one of the best bangs for your buck in pinball.

I do really like the layout on this game! The back glass is just embarrassing, though.

Agreed. If I can get my friend to sell me the game (I like it, and I kinda don't want to have to move it back down my stairs), I want to look into what it will take to print out a new translate. Maybe Photoshop together a variation on the side cabinet flamingo art or something. It wouldn't be amazing, but it would be a lot better than the stock look, haha!
Tommy (56th) Should be in top 30, how can a game like the Getaway be #30 when Tommy is 56th? It's a better game than Shadow at 26 as well.
Stargate (82nd) See Tommy.

Tommy and Stargate are the biggest snubs in the ratings to me, especially Tommy, a game that really doesn't have any weaknesses.
BIG Buck Hunter (will own someday)
Doctor Who
Judge Dredd
Kingpin (Capcom) (Although it's not that deep of a game and was one of the easiest games to beat)
No Fear
Starship Troopers
Street Fighter 2
The Sopranos! (will own AGAIN someday)
The Shadow
X-Men (will own someday)
alien poker. this game is great. it is also the game that makes me swear the most, if that means anything.

Own all them now and have played most top 100 and I have more fun on these than most of the more sought after pins.

Quoted from kevmad:roadshow. A great Lawlor pin with so much going on. Getting to the West Coast is a real blast. Shooting the ball into Ted's mouth is a great shot for multiball. The country music may turn off some, but it adds to the campiness of the whole theme, I think. Tons of funny banter between Red and Ted. Read the rules and give it a chance.
Agree100%

I made my own translite for Gottlieb's Genesis - I used http://www.gameongrafix.com/products/pinball-translite - and it took me about a week to receive the printed variation. It's not perfect, but it's good enough.

Nice, thanks for the tip! That will make life a lot easier once I get an image together.

I agree.
It's a Data East, so there is an inherent prejudice against it.

Laser Cue...there's one you don't hear often. Everyone seems to over look this when talking about how great Alien Poker is. I think it's just a prejudice against Gladiators wearing man panties.
1. Insert any non B/W and/or New Stern title here
2. Repeat from number 1
3. ditto
4. more ditto
5. Did someone whisper gottlieb system 3?
6. Nope that was someone talking about JJP again
7. LEDS?
8. This game is garbage because I can't put mirror blades in it.
9. I don't understand what these displays are trying to say because they arn't made of little dots
10. what the hell is a chime unit?

I'm not sure that pins on the top 100 can be considered underrated.
Quoted from TheDarkKnight68:X-files! Amazingly fast and fun when set up right.
Quoted from rad:I picked up a Baywatch not long ago. The game play is great. Fun game.
Quoted from DanQverymuch:Underrated correlates to bang-for-the-buck. A lot of my games are in this category, including Barb Wire.
I think these three games should command higher prices than they do.
JM, for sure. NF is one that is a great game, neglected because of its theme. Mousin' around isn't as much underrated, as it is largely unknown. Same with Radical!. Judge Dredd is seriously underrated. It's one of the better Williams pins of all time.

Baywatch is a very fun machine, but the music and call outs drove me nuts.
JM for sure! Awesome game!
ANY ELECTROMECHANICAL!
Otherwise Big Buck Hunter or Gilligans Island- hands down. These pins cop an absolute bagging, why?
