Good Lord - 51! I would be curious as to what your personal top 10 list would be.

Oh, yeah. Sorry, the 51 threw me into a tail spin for a minute. Looks like about half of your top picks are on the community's top 10 list.
Pinwiztom I am in agreement. I was making an observation. You are were like 1 of 2 or 3 people in this thread that actually owned one of these 60's machines according to "Games owned"
I just added Wing Ding and Hot Line to my small collection. Thanks FrankJ. Both are fun but wow is Hot Line maddeningly addictive. I'm loving that game.
Quoted from AlexF:I just added Wing Ding and Hot Line to my small collection. Thanks FrankJ. Both are fun but wow is Hot Line maddeningly addictive. I'm loving that game.
Yeah, and get a load o' that redhead on the backglass!
My favorite George Molentin girl.
Quoted from AlexF:Wing Ding definitely has a killer glass.
It does... I have the replay version but luckily it has the same artwork.
Since this thread was started I have added to my collection these single players-
4 Roses
Skill Pool
King Pin
Along with these that I already had-
Big Daddy
Teachers Pet
Rocket
River Boat
Trade Winds
These are all great games, some of the best out there, and I'm guessing the rest on these lists are just as good. So I'm going to say all of the above.
Another place where Williams really shined during the 60s is I believe they were leading the industry with their multiplayer games. The ones I have are fun and top notch for competition. So I'm adding the five I own to the list-
Magic Clock
Serenade
Pit Stop
Jolly Roger
El Toro
You've put together a pretty impressive collection of sixties Williams there!
I've played all the single players... but only El Toro of your multiplayers.
Nice example by the way.
Quoted from NicoVolta:I wanna try 3 Coins.
We all do! My friend just picked up a real nice Heat Wave that I'm going to play and a Big Deal is on the way...
Quoted from o-din:Since this thread was started I have added to my collection these single players-

I see your missing Heat Wave to your new additions............not me.
I guess I can wait on getting a King Pin a bit now till I get some more $$.

Congrats! But I do have River Boat sitting next to Magic Clock. Two swinging targets.
Quoted from o-din:Congrats! But I do have River Boat sitting next to Magic Clock. Two swinging targets.
Cool!
Quoted from AlexF:Wait, what? Ken you got a Heat Wave? That is awesome.
Thanks guys!
I also got my first Bally and Zipper Flipper game all in one "4 Queens".
Looking forward to both of them as they are still in the shipping process.
Ken

Ken
I hope they didn't come from around here!
Quoted from o-din:I hope they didn't come from around here!
Nope,
Florida and Northern California, far from the land of o-din, and his pinball grabbing hands.
It's OK. I'm going to try to put a move on that Big Deal when my friend gets it. His Heat Wave may be a little too rich for my blood though.
Quoted from NicoVolta:I wanna try 3 Coins.
Another great game... and one I don't have.
Try finding one that doesn't have a roached out glass.
Quoted from AlexF:Looks like this one could fit the bill?

Hard to tell from those pictures.
Love to be able to look at that game point blank.
Quoted from AlexF:Looks like this one could fit the bill?

Now, see... 'that' would have been a good title for Shay to do... not Jungle.
Not that Jungle is a bad game... I've just seen more 3 Coins with horrible glasses.
Hopefully, he's sold more than I think.

I'd like to say shipping would kill the deal, but it hasn't stopped me yet!
Yep, saw that one. Was tempted, but my restoration backlog is too full right now for any new additions.
Looks like the cab art was sanded off... but the backglass and playfield look good from here. Of course, pretty much everything looks good from that distance.
If it was local I'd already have knocked on his door! Looks worthy of further investigation.

I don't know I'm pretty pleased that he did Jungle.
I'd be pleased if he did a bunch of Williams titles. And you may be right. I'm sure 3 Coins owners would be happy to have a reproduction glass available. It just seems to be a fairly scarce title.
Quoted from NicoVolta:my restoration backlog is too full right now for any new additions.
Then there is hope for the rest of us.
Quoted from NicoVolta:Looks like the cab art was sanded off...
I think it is just faded. Williams cab paint wasn't their strongest feature. Simple enough design though.
Quoted from NicoVolta:Yeah and sometimes it's better *not* to redo the original look anyway...
That Williams game definitely benefited from a repaint.
Quoted from AlexF:I don't know I'm pretty pleased that he did Jungle.

Yes... and don't get me wrong, I'm glad to see him do the Williams, I just hope there are enough Jungle owners (like you) that will buy the glass. He's not going to do them... if they don't sell, that's the problem. All the Williams owners that are fortunate enough to own these games... need to 'step up to the plate' and buy these glasses that he and Ron have done (or hopefully, 'will' do in the future) Let's make it happen!!
Quoted from NicoVolta:Yeah and sometimes it's better *not* to redo the original look anyway...
Blasphemy! Heathen!
Actually the new colors do look better.....humm.....

Wow... that original paint looked pretty good to me.
Faded, yes... but really intact.
Especially for that 'top of the line' paint, Williams used. : )

Yes, so conflicted. The purist in me wants to not like it. But then it does look very nice.
Well, maybe it's more the plywood they used on their cabinets.
Paint doesn't seem to do too well in the long run on that.
Quoted from Pinballprowess:Well, maybe it's more the plywood they used on their cabinets.
I found plywood only on the front panel where the coin door is. The rest is solid. And yes paint didn't stick too well for 50 years.

Now that's the funniest thing I've read all day!

I've seen too many 'footballs' in the wood to think otherwise.
Didn't know Williams was in the 'sporting goods' business.
Not as funny as EMsInKC's joke... but we can still try!
Quoted from Pinballprowess:I've seen too many 'footballs' in the wood to think otherwise.
I've seen those footballs. I've also seen other manufacturers not use one piece for the side. You can tell those by the long split down the side of the cabinet.
Quoted from o-din:I've seen those footballs. I've also seen other makufactures not use one piece for the side. You can tell those by the long split down the side of the cabinet.
That's alright... we still love 'em anyway!
I think you're really gonna like that Big Deal that's coming your way.
One of the worst original stencils I've found is Paradise. What the heck is this mismatched nonsense? Looks like some kind of Jetsons-era bingo card... yeeeeccch!
I have a Paradise and definitely won't be redoing it like the original... no sir. It's getting Polynesian stencils with lei's. Might go full wood veneer too.
Quoted from CrazyLevi:For me this would be one short list.
Blast Off/Apollo is pretty fun.
Come on Levi? You have pretty diverse tastes. The only 60s Williams game you like is Blast Off/Apollo?
When I first read your post my reaction was, hell yeah! Then after I thought about it, was wait a minute?

Buddy, can you do me a favor and use latex paint?

Speaking of mismatched. Just 21 has to take the cake. But then it's sort of so quirky it's awesome. It definitely has to be one of the coolest cab paints ever. To re-theme to a couple swing dancing would be borderline criminal.
Sorry to insert another Gott in the Williams post. We don't get that many of them...
Quoted from Pinballprowess:Buddy, can you do me a favor and use latex paint?
LOL awwwww. Can't please 'em all but the new version will nod back to the 60's era of design... so it'll look appropriate.

Wow... that is way cool, and way different! Would be a travesty to remove it... but I would try to find a space-themed woodrail with the same cab build and if the artwork sucked... swap 'em out. Then redo the crappy one or just keep it as-is if not too bad.
