I took apart my flippers to clean/inspect them, and now my flippers won't work, and the ball doesn't pop into the launcher. What did I do/what do I need to fix?

You probably shorted out the solenoids.

Start with the solenoid fuse.

Fuses are ok, everything works when I run it in test mode...

It's working again, I guess just a loose connection? All I did was reseat the coil and flipper again, and make sure things were plugged in tight...

"ball doesn't pop up" had nothing to do with reseating a flipper coil. You didn't list your machine or a lot of details but this isn't solved by your actions but by luck. Probably will creep up again. Could be some loose wires.
