Yeah I couldn't decide what annoyed me more, the constant clicking or the seizures. I read somewhere disconnecting the CN7 connector from the PSB eliminates GI flashing but not the flashers, as well as the clicking - Happy days ahead until I noticed it also eliminated the coin slot lights which I'm pretty fond of (weird?). After some buzzing with a multi-meter found that the third pin down on the connector (yellow + red wire) can be plugged in sideways to light up the coin slots while leaving other issues resolved. see pic hope this helps.
