So I figured I'd start a new post on my booting issue. I have a rottendog replacement board on my machine. This all started when I rebuilt my power supply. The game was starting correctly prior to this. I believe I forgot to cut some component leads prior to reinstalling the power supply and I may have caused some cascading issues after I blew a fuse (18v power as I recall). So my current situation is that upon power up, pia is lit and stays on, 5v is lit, blanking never lights. I had replaced my ram, and for a time it worked or at least booted and I thought I had found the problem, but then a short time later I started getting a coil firing and upon reset, it didn't boot. I've replaced all my pia's, ram, cpu. I appear to have a clock signal(fast oscillation on my logic probe). IRQ starts out high then stays low. So I'm stumped at this point. Need some direction here...

forgot to mention, when I installed Leon's test rom, my relay continually oscillates along with my pia led and then back to the blanking led continually.
