They are all excellent games. You can't really go wrong.
It's hard to imagine a better implementation of theme than IJ. Really captures those three movies well and will always be a classic. White Water is also great with an unusual theme that has lots of fun ramps. Playability wise, I think Theatre holds it's ground with these other two, plus it's the best looking of the three (though White Water is up there).
