Hi guys would anyone know why my return flashers don't work on my tom they both have 20 v on them but don't flash

I think you need to sell your TOM and buy a '63 Williams Tom Tom instead, much more fun IMO.

No, I don't know why they are not working but if they have voltage I would start by tracing the drive wire and checking continuity from the board to the flasher. This could be a simple break or a board issue.
