I've had this for awhile but the motor has less than 20 hours on it and it quit working. The lights work fine but the motor is kaput. Anyone know if these motors have a short shelf life, or do I have a lemon? Thanks.

Ya. The mod is still neat. Unfortunately, that servo motor dies during attract mode very fast.
