So I've noticed an issue with Hocus pocus on my theater of magic. When you turn on a game and hit the target for the first time it will automatically start the magnet immediately w/o the ball going near the left or right drain. If you hit the target again any time other then the first time after the machine has been turned on it will register the hit on the target but the magnet never turns on. It doesn't matter if its a new game or not, the only time the magnet turns on is after the first hit after the machine is turned on. I tested the coils and it works each time in the test mode...Any ideas?

I would check the eddy boards under the game and make sure the small pot isn’t turned up too high. There is a red LED that should only be on when there is a ball present above the sensor on the PF. You adjust it so that the light turns on by itself and then you back the pot off just enough to stop the light.

Hopefully that helps.

Adjust the eddy boards for sure. Then go into switch test to test each of the switches (hocus pocus, and with a ball over the eddy boards). Go from there.

Yep, that fixed it. Thanks so much!
