Quoted from mohawk640:

maybe i have a bad file or just not burning it right .

Where did you get the Night Rider files from? Maybe they haven't been formatted properly for the board.

Quoted from mohawk640:

Internet Pinball Machine Database — also known as the IPDB

IPDB
But those ROMs are 2kB files meant for 2716 EPROMs. Did you double them to fill both halves of the 2732's?
You actually don't need to change U6 because it's the same for both Power Play and Night Rider. You only need to change U2.

I wrote the files to a 2732

It sounds like the reason it didn't originally work was because you didn't double the files. You should do this to the U2 EPROM to be on the safe side and as a learning practice.
A 2716 EPROM has 2k byte capacity. A 2732 has 4k byte capacity (double that of a 2716). When you program 2k byte files into a 2732, you should program it into both halves of the EPROM to ensure no matter which half of the chip is being addressed, the correct data will be output. In this particular case it's critical it's done for the U6 ROM otherwise the board will fail to boot.
