Need more info. Are both sets of roms 2732's ? If not then you'll have to reconfigure the jumpers on the board.

Where did you get the Night Rider files from? Maybe they haven't been formatted properly for the board.

But those ROMs are 2kB files meant for 2716 EPROMs. Did you double them to fill both halves of the 2732's?
You actually don't need to change U6 because it's the same for both Power Play and Night Rider. You only need to change U2.

I wrote the files to a 2732 because that was used on the original ROM I put back in the original 720 chip from power Play and put in the new burn chip it fired up but I think sound is a little off ,I still need fix the general illumination and other things Soo it's a good start I think

It sounds like the reason it didn't originally work was because you didn't double the files. You should do this to the U2 EPROM to be on the safe side and as a learning practice.
A 2716 EPROM has 2k byte capacity. A 2732 has 4k byte capacity (double that of a 2716). When you program 2k byte files into a 2732, you should program it into both halves of the EPROM to ensure no matter which half of the chip is being addressed, the correct data will be output. In this particular case it's critical it's done for the U6 ROM otherwise the board will fail to boot.

For future reference in case board quits working or develops random errors -- photo in post #4 shows U15 = 74LS37 (M74LS37P). A 74LS37 does not have enough current drive capability to sink the current provided by R137 so the voltage levels at his pin 3 output can be outside of valid operating range. This can cause address decoding (device selection) errors. Someday you may need to replace U15. If it comes to this, use an MC3459 (hard to find), 74S37 or 74F37 to replace it.
