I am having a sound problem on a Big Guns. I had the mpu professionally repaired and I am wondering if a power supply problem is causing my speech issue. The -12v on the power supply is testing at -15v. Everything else on the game works. Is -15v within tolerance?

The -12V is unregulated, so without any significant load -15V is acceptable.

What kind of issues do you have with the speech?
