Its funny cause my girlfriend wished me a happy star wars day. but until last month she never seen any but she asked if i'd show her.
So i pulled out the laserdisc player (Yes I have a laserdisc collection) and now she loves them. but i'm not sure if i should show here I-III.

I think it would be fun to experience the entire 6 episodes starting from Episode 1. Most of us saw episodes 3-6, then 1-3, I think it would be cool to see them 1-6 .

I don't see how anyone could make it to Episode 4 after sitting thru 1 & 2. I really tried watching them again recently and would put them on before bed. I think it took me 5 nights to get through the Phantom Menace because I'd fall asleep so quick.

I definitely would not be as excited to see the entire series if going in that order! Don't know if I would have bothered with seeing episode II, probably definitely stopping before III. Though unlike most series it would get better as it went on, so...

I just think it would be interesting to observe episodes 1-3 with all the CGI, then 3-6 with all the costumes and 'real acting' (without ever seeing any of them). It would be interesting to see what episodes todays generation prefer. I loved episodes 2 and 3, guess I'm just a goof .
I have two small boys who love SW, but I don't even own episodes 1-3, so they haven't seen them yet. It was much better unveiling the parentage that way rather than watching from the beginning. 
That said, they'll probably love the early ones, and I'm worried about that. I have a pretty easy time telling them why Jar Jar is stupid, but once they see his antics, I'm sure they'll love him. :-\
