I got a BOGO deal on a Bond LE from Nambambu's Ogbono Soup Shack & Pinball Emporium. Seems like a nice guy but he really likes to go on about him being a prince, and there's some hoops you have to go through to get them, but at $6000 how can you say no?
That's beside the point though. Are you saying I should leave them in the boxes?

Mods aren't going to devalue it. Just make sure they are not permanent and you keep any parts you replace. Just don't expect that someone is going to want to pay your pumped up price because 'all these mods'. Unless they were going to buy all those mods anyway, they aren't going to want them. It's really that simple.
