Maybe someone can shed some light on an issue I had sealing a Sing Along backglass:

In its previous life, someone got grease or oil from the credits unit on BG.

I cleaned the area several times with Windex and Qtips until it looked pretty clean, but I couldn't go too crazy rubbing or the paint would flake off. I considered alcohol and other assorted solvents, but I was afraid they might mess things up worse.

The Triple Thick fisheyed anyways (just in that area). Maybe it was silicone grease?

So can anyone recommend a strong degreaser, suitable for flaky BGs, that could have prevented the fisheyes in the TT?

(It doesn't matter too much since I ordered a Webb rescreen - coming next month )

    Quoted from Pintopia:

I've used bleach white sprayed on a rag then wiping the glass clean. I've done this on several back glasses with no ill effects. It works great and removes all grease and grime. You could try this on q-Tips for your application.

Is Bleach White just regular bleach, or a brand name of some kind?

Thanks. I looked it up and it appears to be an automotive tire cleaner & grime remover.
