    Quoted from hawknole:

I put some LEDs in my Black Knight too and love the look. I am still getting the right mix of LEDs & incandescents. For me no LEDs on the back glass,

I was of the same opinion on the Backglass also. Then I tried the Comet Warm White Frosted flat top Led's and no more Incandescents for me. They look just like the incandescents except they are better looking. No hot spots and you keep the nice colors from the "yellow" warm light.

Try a few and see what you think.

Colored Led's in the GI just look horrible to me. Rainbow puke. And it makes the artwork on the plastic and playfield look terrible. Artwork was meant to have a yellowish or sunlight colored light behind it for the artwork to have the proper colors.

Same with the backglass. Colored Led's simply make the artwork look awful.

try comet sunlight led's in the backbox.

I have them on one and they look good, but the Comet flat top warm white look better because they disperse the light wider so no noticeable "hot spots"

    Quoted from Minneapolispin:

I put more traditional incandescent bulbs back to illuminate the backglass. It makes the colors pop much better than when I used the cool white LED. Contrary to all the down votes my first photo got, the collectors who have seen this all say it looks gorgeous in person. I love this game!

Love the backglass, but the GI.....uggghhh. Just looks like a blob of color. Can't see the artwork on the plastic or playfield. Just doesn't look good at all IMO
