Another TNG flipper post!

I brought home a TNG but I am having flipper issues where neither button fires. The report says to Check Switch F2, F3, F4, F5, and F6. It seems that the optic sensors aren't getting power? It does have a color DMD installed, which I unplugged with no luck. I'm leaning towards all being related since none of them work? Here are the things I've tried (Was sent a video of it working before picking up, so whatever it is, it just happened).

1. Checked all the fuses, a few had bubbles so I just ordered new ones.
2. Unplugged the color DMD
3. Tried the flippers in test mode, and they do fire
4. tried reseating the J116 connection - power was 12.3 and 4.9 at the connection
5. tried reseating most connections having to do with the fliptronics board.
6. Cleaned the optic sensors
7. Unplugged one optic sensor, then the other to see if one then got power
8. Checked the voltage of the wires connecting to the optic sensors (no power)
9. LED 3 frequently randomly blinks on (no idea if that matters, but the manual says it should be off)

So it has to be something supplying power to all the optic sensors? Cannons have power and look like they are working fine, and like I said, flippers do fire in test mode.

Thanks all for the help, was really looking forward to surprising my 7 year old. womp womp.

I see the flipper optics terminate to 904-905. How would I test power to them? Where is the point that supplies power right before?

The connection in the photo, is that supposed to not plug into anything? The one with the orange and green wires.

Thanks all. It was the orange ground wire on the left flipper that connected to the same board the coin door does.
