Want to get a head count of people who are ordering or will order TNA.

I'm sure there are people who already said in the TNA thread but just here if we can talk about if we are buying one.

Personally I'm going to get it, but I had thought it would be more closer to the end of the year. Perhaps I'll just wait for the second or third batch because I'm also buying Woz in the next few weeks so I don't have the clout with the wife to buy two new pins. (Woz is replacing a pin so that doesn't count as much as a new addition).

Currently there are 58 Pinsiders who have TNA on wishlist or in collection.

I'll probably pick one up second hand after the price drop.

Maybe is so wishy-washy like Stern would say "stay tuned."

Have to play it before I decide to buy it ( but it looks good )

#11 6 years ago

I'm in. Waiting for the end of the year though (Merry Xmas to us!).

Played the raw (no art; minimal code) prototype at SFGE in Atlanta in June. Surprisingly fun and fast game given the relatively open and simple playfield design. And the music and sound fx on the prototype really grab you; helps a lot. Still, was hard to imagine owning it. Lastability could be an issue. I'm reserving judgment until additional play. Voted "not likely" in the poll here.

a yes/no/maybe poll topic for this machine currently exists featuring ~450 votes.
5 months old and 2100+ posts long.
if everyone voted again today, a new poll would afford those who may have changed their mind/flip flopped to vote their current intentions and allow us to see where things stand at this moment. don't expect near the number of votes of the original thread.

for future reference, i believe an excellent time to take a poll asking people what they think of a given machine would be like 6 months after games are in the wild. hopefully, after that period of time most people will have played/evaluated/analyzed the game and capable of making a fair and educated assessment. i'd be interested to see those type of 6 months out results. think of asking people what their impressions are of Dialed In on January 1, 2018.
