I've contacted Spooky twice in the last two weeks and I've gotten no response.

When Total Nuclear Annihilation arrived a month ago, there seemed to be something wrong with the (-) button; it would sporadically repeat or not work at all. We replaced that button, but the problem persists, and it seems to happen to all 4 of the buttons; sometimes they don't work at all, sometimes they "ghost" additional presses. For example, I'll set it at volume 4, close the door, and watch it zoom back down to 0 all by itself. Or I'll repeatedly press (enter) to get into a menu and nothing will happen for a while, then suddenly it works.

I don't know what to do from here. Has anyone got a suggestion?

June 16th you got a reply from our service tech Chris.

June 19th Kayte mailed you new buttons.

I'll reach out to Chris today to make sure you're being taken care of sir.

If it's anything like the four button set up Williams used, check that the backs of the switches, the lugs, aren't shorting to the metal bracket they are on. If so, easy bend, easy fix.

sorry for the delay. it is my fault. I was on the road, saw the email and then forgot it when I got home and the kids wanted to play.

I'm back on it. We will get it figured out.

I have to test continuity on the ground pins and such now, but here's an example of the behavior when it issues multiple hits on the same button. Forgive the mumbling.

Update: Spooky sent me a new set of buttons and I connected them into the header and everything works great now.

Thanks Kayte & Christopher!
