My TNA drop target and right chute are acting very strangely. Including things like
- drops not popping up when they should
- multiballs starting early
- right chute error displaying on screen
- drop target errors appearing in error history
- drops clicking like they are trying to pop up when in the down state before a game
- game fully rebooting when trying to start a game

However, the drops working perfectly and cycle through on the test mode. The optos in the drop lane are not triggering when they shouldn't.

I've checked over the wiring to the drops and it all looks good.

Any ideas on what i can try next?

I tried to capture a couple of videos showing some of the weirdness as well

Solved - bloody loose connection

I've read numerous times that the connectors at some of the boards etc under the playfield use 0.156 connectors, and it's suggested to upgrade/replace them with trifurcon pins. Glad you figured it out!

Quoted from frunch:

upgrade/replace them with trifurcon pin

makes sense, thanks for the tip!
