no real bargains there if you have to pay fees and such....

    #5 7 years ago

What is added on these prices, tax, auction fees?

    #6 7 years ago

    Thanks for posting!

    #7 7 years ago

I think it was 18% buyers fee plus tax....

    #8 7 years ago

Jeesh, after the fees that mmr didn't go for much did it!?

    #9 7 years ago

    Was it a buyback?

    #10 7 years ago

Still more than it's worth. lol.

Lets see what a nice HUO original goes for at the Captains this afternoon.

Kinda happy I didn't make the 10 hour drive. I was set on it until last night and changed my mind.

    #12 7 years ago

Me too, MM, MMR , not a fan, would by MMR if I liked the pin.

    #13 7 years ago

That original just sold for $7200+ fees making it about a $9200 out the door price. I looked at it yesterday and it was as nice a one I've seen in a long time. Very clean. The AFM next to it went for a little more.

    Afm was more?

    #15 7 years ago

Looks like original mm are still sought after compared to mmr. I know i personally wld like a mm and not a mmr.

    #16 7 years ago

$7500 + fees. Both were as nice as they come.

Wow surprised afm brought that much... its usually much less than mm. Why i dont know bc i much perfer afm but both are dam fine pins.

    #18 7 years ago

Both were too much green for me.

    #19 7 years ago

Fees are 10% up to $100 plus tax. So a $7,200 game will have about $580 in tax plus $100.

    #20 7 years ago

If you bring anything to sell...and.i mean anything...old translite old legs...anything game room related and you save the buyers 10% up to 100 fee. If it sells and you dont buy anything they send you a check in a week. Very simple system just wish paying was a faster process.

just wish paying was a faster process.

This is really the only reason I never buy anything. Waiting 2 -2.5 hours just to give them money is so terribly inefficient.

    #22 7 years ago

So you have to wait until the end to pay? Also, is there a surcharge for paying with credit cards? Thanks!

A lot of people have no sales tax and just pay $10. That is what I pay.

The pinballs are usually at the end. If you have another person with you it is easier to have them wait in line for you and let everyone pass. Then you can just pay immediately.

There is a 3% surcharge on debit card transactions/credit card, etc

    #25 7 years ago

Also, some of these were extremely nice. The Space Shuttle had a brand new playfield in it and looked amazing. The Indy 500 was chromed and pretty. Usually there is a lot of beater pins to deal with but this auction was decent.

    #26 7 years ago

After the $100 and tax, these prices are insane. If you can get the game on craigslist for the same price, you have more time to see it and inspect it. You can talk to the owner and get details you can't from an auction, people go nuts at auctions.

Even without tax and the fee, these prices are crazy high for an auction. An auction price should be a deal price 20% off minimum. Those days are over.

    #27 7 years ago

Some pictures of other items at the auction...

Any pics of the touchscreen games?

    #30 7 years ago

None, sorry. There was not as many as usual, I would say maybe 30.

    #31 7 years ago

How much were the Aliens, Terminator Salvation, and Batman games?

    #32 7 years ago

How much did that dancing game go for?

    #33 7 years ago

I only recorded the pinball prices. However, those newer games sometimes go for up to $5K, maybe more. They are not cheap.

    #34 7 years ago

I see the TZ is on eBay. Was that Buddy's?

Pretty worn coin chutes for HUO game... Nice example thou but HUO = Home Use ONLY, not likely...

    #37 7 years ago

Not Buddy's TZ, the one at auction was a buyback. Looked like a new PF and alot of mods.

Batman was also a BB but I think the rest were sold.

    #38 7 years ago

Any idea what those Rush 2049's went for? Just curious...
