Working on a 8BDLE squawk and Talk board right now.
One of the legs broke off on th U8 chip, (TMS5200NL)
I see that Marco has them for $15, and Big Daddy has them for $12.
Are there any other sources?

I was going to order this from Big Daddy, but maybe not.
I entered my zip code to calculate shipping...
$22,000.00 shipping cost?
I don't think so.

depending where it's broke, cut a leg of a scrap chip and solder it on. Done this before to save a S&T board.
These are way obsolete and rare. I doubt mouser or any place like that will have them. Arcade chips is probably your best bet.
Ti used the wrong material on the legs of this chip and they corroded and break off.

That's what happened to mine.
Quoted from PinPlayer2:Yes try MOUSER Electronics or DigiKey Electronics, these should be your lowest cost option.
