Have a new Stern TMNT LE and something to do with a bonus add is making score end in single numeric which then does not allow the match to match? Any ideas where to adjust this?

New code downloaded...score fixed, different glitch after new download...after Certain multiball The game thinks there is still a ball in play, after 3 It takes a few game resets on its own then continues with multiball...has never done this till latest version
