Hey all,

Having issues with my TMNT Pro. Specifically the ball getting stuck in the training area once the post drops it to come down to the left outlane. The ball will get stuck in between the l/r metal guides. I'll add a pic to this post so you can see what is happening.

I've tried to just push the l/r metal guides a bit with my finger to bend them. This seems to help a bit but it seems to start happening again then next time I go back and play it. I looked in to taking off the 2 plastics above the metal guides and was able to get off the first top one with 2 screws but the second one has 2 screws with rubber spacers right above the lair target with nuts underneath that I can seem to get to. I am assuming the lair stand up can be taken off and then they can be accessed? I got this machine and ST Pro in Nov and these are my first real cabs, so I didn't want to force anything without asking the pros

Thanks in advance for any help anyone can provide.

Thanks,
Nick

Common issue. Only thing that solved it for me was bending the metal rail on left side of ball a little bit.

@JakePG, thanks. I contacted Stern as well as they said to loosen the right metal rail from underneath and push it over. That is what I did and hit abour 6-7 shots in there and it worked. Will try it again today and see if its still working. Thanks for the reply.

Sorry to resurrect this old topic, but would you mind explaining in more detail what you did? This is happening on my TMNT premium.
