Hello,
I have two issues with my TMNT Premium.
1) When I launch the multiball by the April ramp, one time on two the balls block in the van.
The door is open a few seconds but not all totally balls descending. If I no nudge the pinball, my game is blocked and I can reset or open the glass.
Do you have any idea what I can do?
2) On the multiball pizza. Sometimes, my balls are too magnetized, and I must also nudge the flip. Should I change the balls?

First the door that feeds the van slams open and gets stuck indented into the ramp. They fixed this by the time the premium by adding a piece of foam so it doesn’t indent the ramp and cause the door to get stuck open.
2nd, if the issue is that the balls stack up behind the van, it’s an issue with balls being magnetized. I bought different balls and it fixed my problem.
2) Yes! Stock balls on this machine suck
