1) If i understand correctly, it could be one of two things. I have a premium, but I remember reading a lot of people with this problem when the LE launched. I assume you have the LE, correct?
First the door that feeds the van slams open and gets stuck indented into the ramp. They fixed this by the time the premium by adding a piece of foam so it doesn’t indent the ramp and cause the door to get stuck open.
2nd, if the issue is that the balls stack up behind the van, it’s an issue with balls being magnetized. I bought different balls and it fixed my problem.
