Best ramps in my book = ramps that don't slow the ball down (at all) when releasing the ball.
The only ramps I've ever seen do this are:
1. one of the CFTBL ramps
2. the left ramp in Diner
3. Taxi ramps are a runner up

Why did you choose your selection for "greatest ramp"?
If you forgot to mention "why" in your post, take a moment and let us know... Ideally, it's all about educating others on things to look for in the wild -- the value in posting doesn't come from proclaiming,
"MY FAVORITE COLOR IS RED !!! WEEEEEEEE"...
Remember when teachers asked you to start explaining "why" in school? Well go exercise that part of your brain... You can do this! (If I'm talking to you -- we have all day to wait for you to go edit your post -- be a champion!)
