    Oh wow, nice.

Might have to pick up some of those.

My buddy bought some.. might try them out on our DM and see how they look I think they would look really slick in a T2

Are they just "titanium" coated plastic? I do like the look/color of them.

    Quoted from northvibe:

Yes pretty much. They are coated with something that looks like titanium but I don't think it is metal at all. I've seen them on a T2 before. Look pretty good not sure about durability though.

I saw them in a T2 recently (if they're the same). I think they look alright but they definitely looked plastic to me, not metal.

Yeah I have two right now, they are just coated plastic - that is why I put the "titanium" in quotes. heh...

Durability and playability are what I was wondering about. Do they last as long and play the same as regular flippers?

The tournament at PPE had a T2 with those installed. They looked like plastic. I can't comment on the long term durability, but they didn't appear to have any wear or damage to them. They felt the same as standard flippers. I think they looked horrible.

Joey sells some that are actually metal plated, but he specifically says that they are not designed for "heavy game play". I guess they are aimed more toward the high-end collector ...
