Does anyone have any tips on how to get a 3/16" polyurethane ring on a post? Rubber rings are hard however these small polyurethane rings seem impossible.

Lubricant didn't work for me. Cointaker recommended heating the 3/16" rubbers in a microwave. 20 - 25 seconds worked for me.
