I looked at one a few years ago and thought it was really neat. After thinking about it, I came to the conclusion that it’s just a tiny mobile home with upgraded appliances, etc with big windows and a loft.
Anyways, obviously, they’re not going to appreciate in value and have a short life span. But they’re cool. Nice little toy if you have the money.
