I went into the game room to play some pinball, i turned on all the machines then went to grab a beer. My Time Warp began to make random noises. I went over and all the lights were blinking. I shut it off. Waited a bit then turned on. Now all my insert lights are on. It starts a game plays and scores fine but the lights wont go off. I open up the back box and it seems to smell like something was burning. I turned it off and turned to the wonderful people on Pinside.

Any help would be great

I'm sure you might already suspect this, but that driver board resistor section needs to be rebuilt.
See http://www.pinwiki.com/wiki/index.php?title=Williams_System_3_-_7#Controlled_Lamps_.28Lamp_Matrix.29 for some info on this.

Your board looks extra crispy there, and it's likely going to be difficult to rebuild.

Yeah, they all look rough in that area but I have never seen one that bad. Hoping some more experienced people pop in and have more advice than me.

Batteries are leaking too.
Yank those And have the boards rebuilt/bullet proofed.
Mpu, driver & power supply brds.

Nothing wrong with going that route.

If the cpu dont boot the resistors on the driver will cook
Disconnect the bottom corner right connector with blue wires to remove power to the resistors.
Next reseat the driverboard to the cpu.
