The obvious thing to do is to sell 100's of games and use that cash to re-invest in the business, make it better so it can thrive and still have money left over for charity.
The biggest issue is that hoarders just can't let their possessions go.

The biggest issue is that hoarders just can't let their possessions go.
With the amount of games it would be cool if the place was re-vamped and you could play through the decades.
40's, 50's, 60's, 70's , 80's, 90's , 2000 - 2010 and the 2010 forward.
Make it an experience where you can play in sequential order the best games of every decade.
Not going to happen but it would be cool.

Fascinating and sad in equal measure.
